Eminent Brands Limited is a Nairobi-based branding and marketing agency known for building high-impact brand experiences across both digital and on-the-ground execution. Their work spans creative campaigns and immersive live events, as well as physical branding such as 3D signage, environmental graphics, and custom installations—helping brands improve visibility, engagement, and audience connection.

With a growing team supporting projects end-to-end, Eminent Brands needed a structured way to manage the full workflow—from enquiry and proposal development to project delivery and internal coordination. The priority was to standardise how quotes and proposals are produced, improve collaboration across multiple active projects, and maintain consistent follow-through as client volume increased.

The challenges

As work volume increased, the biggest pressure points showed up in sales-to-delivery handovers. Quotes and proposals needed speed and consistency, and projects required clearer coordination across teams to protect timelines and client experience.
