How do additional entities, branches and solutions affect the price?
The base covers one entity and one branch. Each additional entity, branch or industry business-solution is a fixed monthly add-on that layers on top of the base. Add-on rates step up slightly once your account runs one or more industry verticals.
How do SMS and AI credits work?
SMS and AI are metered against a prepaid credit balance — 1 credit = KES 1. Every plan includes 500 AI and 200 SMS credits a month; when you need more, top up in Starter (1,000), Standard (3,000) or Bulk (10,000) packs. You can set hard budget caps so spend never runs away, and you can bring your own AI key if you prefer.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — pay annually and save 5% on the twelve-month total.
How do I pay?
We collect via M-Pesa, Pesapal, Flutterwave, Paystack, PayFast and Stripe. Your own customer payments stay on your own gateway keys — the platform never intermediates that money or charges a transaction fee on it.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — a 14-day trial, with 500 AI and 200 SMS credits included so everything works from day one.
Can you migrate our data from an existing system?
Yes. We provide structured data-migration tooling and professional services for common formats (CSV, Excel, Sage, QuickBooks, Pastel and others). Complex migrations are scoped as part of your implementation.
