Welcome to IXLCore. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IXLCore platform (“Platform”), a service provided by IXL Consultants (Pty) Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using IXLCore, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts To use IXLCore, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity under your account.

3. Use of the Platform You agree to use IXLCore only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Use the Platform for any fraudulent or malicious activity

• Interfere with the functionality or security of the Platform

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

4. Subscription & Payment IXLCore is offered via subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. Subscription plans may vary by features and pricing, and we reserve the right to change plans or fees with notice.

5. Free Trial We offer a 30-day free trial for new users. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.

6. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of IXLCore are owned by IXL Consultants (Pty) Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

7. Data Protection We take your privacy seriously. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide and improve the service.

8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that may harm the Platform or its users.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
