Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for IXL CORE, a service provided by IXL Consultants Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy should be read together with the IXL CORE Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will apply.

1) Trial First, Then Subscribe

IXL CORE provides a 30-day trial (unless otherwise stated) so that you can evaluate the platform and confirm it meets your needs before paying for a subscription. We encourage customers to fully test the Service during the trial period, including key workflows, modules, and any required setup.

2) No Refunds After Payment

Because a trial is available, all subscription fees are non-refundable once paid. This means we do not offer refunds for unused time, early cancellation, partial usage of a billing period, plan downgrades, or changes in your business needs after payment has been made.

3) Auto-Renewal and Cancellation Responsibility

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and auto-renewal is enabled by default. It is your responsibility to cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue. If a renewal payment is processed, it will be treated as a valid charge under your subscription and will not be refunded.

4) Exceptions Required by Law

We only provide refunds where they are specifically required by applicable law. If such a situation applies, we may request information needed to verify eligibility before processing any refund.

5) Billing Queries and Support

If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, or you have a billing-related question, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review it.
