Refund Policy

Clear terms for subscription cancellations, refunds, and one-time fees.

At IXLCore, we strive to provide high-quality service. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your IXLCore subscription at any time via your account settings or by emailing noreply@ixlcore.com with 30 days’ notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle. No partial month refunds are issued.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not offered for monthly subscriptions, partially used services, setup fees, or add-on modules. Refunds may only be considered for duplicate charges or system access issues reported within 7 days. Submit requests in writing to info@ixlcore.com.

3. Implementation Fee

One-time setup and implementation fees are non-refundable once setup begins.

4. Add-On Modules

All purchases of additional modules are final. Please review documentation or request a demo before purchase.

5. Policy Updates

IXLCore may revise this policy as needed. Updates will appear on this page with a new effective date.
